Hotel Reservation Process

The GuestSmiles hotel booking system is crafted to be user-friendly throughout the entire reservation process.

Begin by searching for your preferred dates, then choose your destination by either location or hotel name, and specify the number of rooms needed. Review the details of your chosen hotel, then select and reserve a room with either refundable or non-refundable options. Provide the guest(s) name(s), billing information, and credit card details, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click on Create Reservation.

A confirmation will appear on your screen and be sent to the email address provided in the Billing section.

If you opted for a refundable room, you can cancel the reservation through a link found on the Confirmation page or in the email. Should you require assistance after completing your booking, contact pps-customercare@priceline.com or call 1-800-474-5814.

Reservation Confirmation

Once you finish the reservation process, you will be presented with a Confirmation screen and receive an email. The email will be sent to the address provided in the Billing section. If it doesn't appear in your inbox within 5 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Refundable vs. Non-refundable Rooms

 

Many hotels offer both refundable and non-refundable room rates. Make sure to choose a refundable option if there's a chance you might need to cancel your reservation after booking.

Opting for a non-refundable rate means the reservation cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

 

Cancelling A Reservation

 

Reservations for refundable rooms can be canceled online. Just click the Cancel button on the Confirmation screen or use the View/Manage your Reservation button in the confirmation email to reach the Confirmation screen.

The Status will show as Cancelled on the Confirmation screen, and a cancellation confirmation email will be sent.

 

Room Available On Hotel Details Page Will Not Book

 

Hotels adjust rates to optimize revenue. The frequency of rate adjustments increases as the arrival date approaches, particularly for bookings made the day before or on the day of arrival.

This may result in a room rate being available on the hotel details page, but altered by the hotel before the booking is finalized, interrupting the booking process.

If this happens, a message will appear on the screen indicating the booking was not completed. Simply return to the hotel details page, refresh it, choose a different room rate, and finalize the booking.
